The Harder brothers conjure up classical and crossover music in Neustrelitz!

There will be music in the picturesque barn of the old tiled stove factory in Neustrelitz on November 14th at 7:30 p.m. The brothers Torsten and Raik Harder are giving a joint concert again after ten years, invited by the Kultur in Motion e.V. association. This performance promises a fascinating mix of classical and crossover, including both time-honored masters and modern compositions. Northern Courier reports that the cellist and composer Torsten Harder and the pianist Raik Harder are active in their region and beyond.

The two Harder brothers performed together in Neustrelitz in 2015 and showed their musical skills with their program “Autumn Sounds”. Now, a decade later, they have put together a new program that includes works by well-known composers such as Frederik Chopin, Johann Sebastian Bach and Jochen A. Modeß. They will also perform some of their own compositions and improvised pieces that harmonize with the compositions already mentioned.
