This year Schwerin can look forward to a very special spectacle: The Halloween Horror House is opening its doors again from October 30th to November 2nd, 2025. With an exciting program and a spooky atmosphere, the event at Grevesmühlener Straße 30, Lankow is already attracting horror fans and adventure seekers.

Originally started as a private Halloween party, the event has developed into a real crowd puller since 2020. In the first two years, the new horror experience attracted over 340 visitors in its debut year and almost 3,000 in just three days in 2022. Now the operators, Danny Boldt and Alexander Lange, are ready for the next round, which features new themes such as exorcism and allusions to well-known series. A team of more than 50 volunteers from various professions ensures that the attraction remains both exciting and safe.

The horror lab is getting bigger

In the coming years, the labyrinth will continue to grow and will include over 100 construction fences by 2025. The narrow corridors and dead ends bring enough thrills for the bravest. To ensure the safety and comfort of visitors, there are one-way streets, illuminated emergency exits and sealed tripping hazards. Fire extinguishers are also always within reach because safety is the top priority.

The event is divided into different horror modes that appeal to all ages. For the youngest and the faint-hearted, there is museum mode, while adventurers can look forward to exciting actors. For the really hard-core, there is the pure horror mode - an experience for real horror fans that is recommended for ages 16 and up.

All activities at a glance

In addition to the spooky labyrinth, visitors can expect a variety of offers that will make their stay an unforgettable experience. Outside there are merchandise stands, raffles, flea markets and food stalls where you can try everything from muffins to waffles. Exciting photo hotspots and a photo box round off the offer.

The opening times are as follows:

• 30. Oktober: 17:00 – 23:00 Uhr
• 31. Oktober: 14:00 – 23:00 Uhr
• 1. November: 14:00 – 23:00 Uhr
• 2. November: 14:00 – 20:00 Uhr

The entry price is 6 euros from 5 p.m., 7 euros from 6 p.m. and 8 euros from 9 p.m. For loyal visitors there is also a multiple ticket that allows four entries for 25 euros.
