Alexia Mohr, a 24-year-old adventurer from Schwerin, experienced a piece of American history with her exciting motorcycle trip along the legendary Route 66. Their journey started in Chicago and took them through 10 states in just 11 days. The different landscapes along the route were breathtaking, ranging from forests to canyons to deserts. In New Mexico the surroundings reminded them of Croatia, while Illinois had white and blue wooden houses. Missouri was full of brick houses, Texas was full of cows and Arizona impressed with its red landscapes.
