A very special project is causing a stir in Stralsund: Mario Kramm, a 65-year-old passionate football fan, has decided to renew around 100 meters of the old fence at the stadium on Frankendamm. The creative mind behind this project has been living in the Hanseatic city for several years and would like to give something back to the community with his campaign. Kramm has been working diligently on the fence since May to make it shine in new splendor in time for the upcoming 165th anniversary celebrations of TSV Stralsund 1860 e.V. For Kramm, the process is anything but trivial. Before the brushes can be used, the old paint must be removed. To do this, he uses spatula and sandpaper to carefully prepare the metal surface.
