Stralsund: Young talents bring fairy tales to life with robots
In the Stralsund city library, in the picturesque district of Vorpommern-Rügen, the focus is on adventure for young minds. The project “An Ozobot’s Fairytale” has been presented there since October 24, 2025, which inspires children aged 7 to 14 and invites them to take part. Under the direction of Stefan Koeck, participants learn how to program robots and create their own plays.
Here we work with a very special material: the children use 3 cm tall robots that they can control using colors and lines. This playful way of learning not only teaches technical skills such as soldering or using a 3D printer, but also promotes creative approaches to storytelling and the design of costumes and sets. It is a year full of creative activities that helps children discover and develop their talents.
Award for creative media education
