After successful markets in Naucelle, Salles-Curan and Cassagnes-Bégonhès, he now has the chance to delight the Ruthénois with his seasonal delicacies.

Sylvain Latieule, together with his partner Julie Durand, is the third generation to run the family business and sees great potential in the new environment. You aim to operate a permanent sales stand in order to reach new customers. “There’s something there,” they say, because the challenge will be to become known and gain a foothold in the market. The company aims to source its products as locally as possible, with the fruits and vegetables mainly coming from the region.

With Pulpe, the Latieules not only have fresh fruit juices in their luggage, but also the opportunity to order fruit baskets. The opening of the halls is perceived as a positive development by residents, as previously there were hardly any fruit and vegetable sellers in Rodez and the surrounding area outside of market days. The stand is not only a business, but also a tribute to Sylvain's late uncle Dominique, who believed in the project.
