The training sessions take place every Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Michael Stich sports hall in Ramskamp 64b. Whether beginners or old hands - participation is open to everyone from 16 years, regardless of gender or degree of experience. The Mad Vikings are provided with the rackets and balls; Only sports clothing and indoor shoes are necessary.
