Advent concert with JORIS: A brilliant festival of music awaits you!
A very special event will take place in the atmospheric music and congress hall in Lübeck on November 29, 2025 at 8 p.m.: the Advent concert “Symphonic Gospel feat. JORIS”. This musical highlight is organized by the Lübeck-Lauenburg church district and promises to put listeners in the Christmas spirit. Under the musical direction of Christoph Liedtke, around 250 musicians will be on stage, including the popular artist JORIS and the talented Bongiwe Malunga, who were won as guest stars for the concert.
The program combines modern gospel music and emotional pop songs, so there is something for every music lover. The event is supported by various choirs, including the gospel choir “Spirit of Joy”, the choir “Meerklang” and the “Projektchor Lübeck-Lauenburg”, which is directed by Nathanael Kläs. The symphonic wind orchestra from Ratekau will provide an impressive musical accompaniment and will complement the vocal acts excellently.
