TSV Pansdorf starts strongly, but loses 6: 3 against VfR Neumünster

Neumünster, Deutschland - TSV Pansdorf opened the Eichholz sports week on Tuesday evening with a gripping game against VfR Neumünster. Despite a narrow 6: 3 defeat, coach Hendrik Block was able to attest a good test game of the team and praised the team's intensive unity. The training for the new season in the Landesliga had only started on June 28th, but the team already shows promising approaches.

The game started with an exciting first half in which the action was going back and forth. Moritz Manthe took care of Pansdorf in the 1st minute, but this lead did not last long: Jordan Marquardt equalized in the 12th minute. Pansdorf then showed himself strong and went through goals from Etienne Grimm and Lennart Gönnemann in the 16th and 26th minute with 3: 1. But Neumünster stayed on and scored the 3: 3 equalizer for the break in the 34th and 36th minute.

two faces of the second half

In the second half it was VfR Neumünster who performed more effectively. Ilir Sefir, who was successful in the 62nd and 80th minute, and David Mateus, who scored a goal in the 77th minute, sealed the 6: 3 final score. Trainer Block noticed that Pansdorf was missing in grip, but emphasized the importance of the things developed from the game.

junior staff in the squad

A pleasant detail for the Pansdorfer is the talented youth work of the association. The TSV is heavily relating to its own talent and raised a total of seven players from their own A-youth to the league squad this year. Lennart Gönnemann, Oliwier Szarszewski and Tyler Stadler, who show all promising approaches, have been added. Gönnemann and Szarszewski already prove their robustness on the defensive, while Stadler aggressively convinces with quick play and dribbling.

These developments are the result of a strong youth work of the association, which is still promoted by a good integration with the men's area. "The fact that we can pull up seven U19 players this season underlines the quality of our training and the confidence in our youth", the association proudly expressed.

outlook on other games

The squad planning for the coming season is thus completed. In addition to the new talents, there are also changes in the squad: Lukas Cosmus, Ben Böbs, Jaden Boy, Carsten Larsen and Gideon Kühl are no longer part of the team. Pansdorf still has some exciting test games in front of her, including encounters against SV Azadi Lübeck and 1. FC Phönix Lübeck II as part of the Confima Cup and the master painter Kraemer-Cup.

When asked how important the promotion of talents in German football is, the development of TSV Pansdorf shows what is possible in young talent work. The successful connection between youth work and the men's area is seen as the key to promising results, which the DFB clearly confirms: With a comprehensive talent promotion program that was launched in 2002, the association laid the foundation for the promotion of talents in Germany. href = "https://www.dfb-talente.de/home/wie-functioniert-dietalentfoerderung-im-fussball-in-deutschland"> DFB-Talente )
