FC Süderelbe is strengthening: squad shape is taking shape!
FC Süderelbe's squad planning for the coming Oberliga Hamburg season is now taking clear shape. Those in charge are doing everything they can to make the team competitive, and some promising transfers have already been made. A notable newcomer is Andrés Muñoz, who is moving from TBS Pinneberg and is expected to provide strong impetus on the left side. In addition, Nico Reinecke is returning to the second team after a year out, which could further strengthen the team. SportNord reports about the current situation.
Another plus point for the Süderelbers is the contract extension of winger Armel Gohoua, who can ensure stability with his regional league experience. Striker Christivi Masombo is also staying at the club, and that is extremely pleasing - after all, he was the fourth top scorer last season with nine goals. Maximilian Arlt is also staying at FC Süderelbe, despite his additional workload. Arlt is the coach of a performance-oriented junior team and will also expand his coaching license.
Versatile new additions and the retention of regular players
In order to expand the team even further, FC Süderelbe has already announced eight external newcomers. These include talents such as Jephtah Asare, Tyrese Boakye and Can Yildiz, all from Eimsbütteler TV. But players from their own teams, such as Anis Cosovic and Daris Mehmedovic, are also being integrated into the top league. Mohammad Hosseini from the A-youth regional league of SC VW Billstedt 04, Fabio Parduhn from TBS Pinneberg and Yigit Yagmur from FC Türkiye are also joining. Kicker highlights that the club relies on a good football network to sign talented players.
In addition to Muñoz, two other players with fifth division experience were signed: Ismaël François (from DJK TuS Hordel) and Hassan Zarei (from FK Nikola Tesla). These transfers should help the team get off to a good start in the new season. Transfermarkt provides further details about the changes in the squad.
FC Süderelbe can therefore draw from a wide selection of players, which is why discussions with additional players to optimize the squad structure are continuing. With a total of 13 players remaining from last season, the team has developed a solid foundation on which the new players can build. The anticipation for the new season is definitely great and the fans can hope for exciting games.
