Rollerfahrer (67) stirbt bei dramatischem Busunfall in Fürth!

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, a tragic traffic accident in the Fürth district, which results in a large echo in the region. A 67-year-old scooter driver lost his life at around 5:00 p.m. on the state road between Cadolzburg and Ammerndorf after colliding with an oncoming regular bus. Fortunately, the driver of the bus, a 57-year-old man, was only slightly injured and had to be taken to the hospital for provision.

The scooter driver was just overtaking two cars when the accident happened. The impact force was so violent that total damage occurred on his scooter. The regular bus, which was on a factory trip at the time of the accident, also showed massive front damage. The state road 2409 remained closed in both directions until around 10:00 p.m. in order to secure the scene of the accident and to be able to carry out more precise investigations.

The Fürth traffic police have already started the investigation and is supported by an expert. In order to verify the results of the investigation, a police helicopter was used that made aerial photographs from the scene of the accident.
