Jette Müller stands out among the athletes, who successfully participated in the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024. Finn Awe also brought a lot of fun to the club by winning two gold medals at the 2024 Junior World Championships in Rio.

Unfortunately, the Rostock water jumper club is facing a big challenge: the Rostock Neptune Schwimmhalle, which serves as a training center, is being renovated. ndr that the 25-meter basin is closed from summer 2025 to April 2026. Until the renovation work has been completed, the association must dodge to Berlin, Dresden, Halle or Leipzig. Of course, this represents a considerable burden for the association that is dependent on its training center.
The Neustädter jumping hall will be renovated in Halle, Saxony-Anhalt at Halle, Saxony-Anhalt. Baden-in-halle.de reports that the renovation and modernization will cost around 1.4 million euros, with about two thirds of which are financed from own resources from Bäder Halle GmbH. The local clubs also contribute to the competitive activity and the public appearance of water jumping in Berlin.
The developments in water jumping show that the heartbeat of sport is firmly noticeable in Rostock, Halle and Berlin. Engagement, passion and often the will to overcome challenges make the athletes strong, even if the framework conditions are not always ideal.
