Envertech, a solar energy company based in Asia, has introduced new microinverters to the German market. These microinverters are designed for easy installation, usability, and communication interfaces through a new app. Envertech has been producing its components for solar systems since 2015 and distributes them in over 15 European countries. The company’s European headquarters is located in Amsterdam.
Unlike many competitors, Envertech’s microinverters have always met the VDE and EMC regulations, including an N/A protection. The company also offers a 15 to 20-year warranty on its products. Envertech has been at the forefront of communication interfaces, including WiFi, Ethernet, and Powerline, which ensures uninterrupted signal transmission to the solar modules on the roof.
Envertech offers its inverters in three variations to cater to different customer needs. The EVT400 and EVT800 models are suitable for balcony solar systems, with the EVT800 designed specifically for the new specifications of these systems. The EVT800 is a TÜV-certified microinverter with a power output of 800 watts. It can be easily controlled via WiFi from a laptop or smartphone, or through Powerline communication. The updated EnverView app, version 4.0, provides a user-friendly interface for monitoring performance data and making adjustments.
The Envertech EVT800 can connect two modules with a maximum output of 550 watts each, totaling 1100 peak watts. It can feed up to the allowed limit of 600 or 800 watts into the household power grid, with the value easily adjustable through the app. The microinverter is reliable and efficient, with a housing that meets IP67 protection standards, operating temperatures between -40°C and +65°C, and fanless cooling through natural convection. It has a nighttime energy consumption of less than 100 mW.
Built with durable components and designed for a lifespan of 25 years, the Envertech EVT800 comes with a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty (extendable to 20 years). Buyers of this microinverter, like other components for balcony solar systems, are also exempt from value-added tax.
