One of the group’s subsidiaries, Verlingue, specializing in company protection, achieved a revenue of 285 million euros in 2023, experiencing a growth of 19%, with half of it coming from organic growth. Another subsidiary, Génération, focused on managing health and retirement insurance contracts, witnessed an 18% growth and achieved a revenue of 102 million euros in 2023. Génération expanded its customer base and opened a new branch in Saint-Nazaire. Cocoon, specializing in distributing health and retirement insurance for individuals, appointed Fanny Ridet as CEO and aimed to position itself as a leader in the digital and ethical distribution of supplementary insurance solutions.
Adelaïde Group aims to establish itself as a leading broker in Europe while preserving its identity as an independent family business. The group’s success reflects its commitment to the European strategy, offering an alternative to large global or financially-supported brokers. In 2024, Benjamin Verlingue will take over the chairmanship from Jacques Verlingue, symbolizing continuity and the determination to maintain independence and innovation within the group.
With over 2,500 employees, Adelaïde Group plans to hire 250 new talents in 2024.
