Compared to the previous year, the zoo between January and April 2025 recorded a plus of a whopping 21 percent at the day tickets. The increase to the Easter holidays in which the number of visitors was 43 percent higher than in 2024 was particularly noteworthy.
What magically attracts animal lovers? The two new Asian lions seem to contribute a large part to the visitor frequency. These impressive animals have settled in splendidly and are already very popular.

Whether the little visitors learn more about animal family life or the big ones are interested in their favorite animals - the selection is large! The voucher for a 90-minute tour enables up to 10 people to take part, whereby each additional person costs 14.90 euros. It is important to note that the zoo entry is not included in the voucher price and must be paid in advance. Contact for inquiries is possible via the zoo school, whereby the booking should be made at least three weeks in advance.
