Bremerhaven, Deutschland - The shipping industry in northern Germany is facing a significant change: from October 1, 2025, A.P. Moller-Maersk in the seaports in Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven replace its existing PIN-based release system for import containers with a new digital process called "Secure Release Order".
