On Tuesday, September 9th, the question of the location of the local administration will be on the agenda again in the Spantekow community center. Mayor Martin Weitmann (independent) has taken up this issue because it is now a matter of determining the future headquarters of the authority. The preparations for the expansion in Spantekow had to be suspended for the time being in order to give the second variant more space. Weitmann sees his argument strengthened because the community has clearly spoken out in favor of remaining in the Anklam-Land office. This positive signaling effect could give the decision on Tuesday new impetus.

These investigations help to protect fiscal interests, especially in an area of tension in which potential bidders could benefit from internal calculations in current or future procurement procedures.
