In the heart of Rostock, Asian cuisine will be enriched with another attraction: At the beginning of July 2023, the new fast-food restaurant “Bep Viet” will open in the local shopping center. This restaurant is run by a Vietnamese family who already run two other locations in Stralsund and Ribnitz-Damgarten and have gained loyal guests there. The opening this year marks not only a new addition, but also the expansion of a popular gastronomy family in northern Germany, like the Baltic Sea newspaper reported.
Bep Viet's menu promises traditional Vietnamese delicacies, including the popular Pho soup, freshly made summer rolls and sushi. Both warm and cold dishes can be enjoyed here for lunch. Whether in the restaurant or as takeaway – guests have a wide range of options. This diversity could be a real culinary delight for Rostock residents, as Asian cuisine is very popular not only because of its flavors, but also because of its healthy preparation methods.

Asian restaurants are booming in Germany, and Rostock is no exception.
