Collecting fever in Hildesheim: 200,000 stickers already distributed!

There is currently a real sticker boom going on in Hildesheim! The stickers for the coveted scrapbook “Hildesheim collects Hildesheim” are very popular. With over 200,000 bags delivered since sales started on October 4th, demand for the colorful stickers remains high. This is reported by the Hildesheimer Allgemeine, which also informs that many Hildesheim residents continue to actively collect and can get hold of the stickers in kiosks and supermarkets. The sticker bags, each containing five stickers, come from the well-known Panini printing company and are sustainably produced.

“It's just great what's happening here in Hildesheim,” says Alexander Böker, owner of the Juststickit agency, in a friendly way about the success of the album. Increased orders in his online shop demonstrate the trend towards a lively collecting culture in the city. The last available collections will be available free of charge from Tuesday, December 9th at the Tourist Information on the market square - while stocks last. One booklet per person, please!

The scrapbook: A piece of Hildesheim

The scrapbook consists of 36 pages and includes 204 original Panini stickers that reflect different facets of the city. From the city's history to important buildings, local sports clubs, to art and culture - the album is not only a collector's item, but also a reference work. The colors are vibrant and the texts explain the motifs in a clear way. This even makes me want to start collecting!

The album was produced on FSC-certified paper from sustainable forestry, and the printing machines are the original Panini machines, known for their high quality. That makes it even nicer: there has to be a bit of sustainability too!

Sticker: A world full of emotions

When we talk about Panini stickers, we think about more than just stickers. They are part of a long tradition of collecting that connects generations. Whether football, anime or Disney, the collections offer something for everyone. Panini's mission is to promote collecting and to make the experience of swapping and pasting a shared moment for families Panini elaborates.

So the collectors in Hildesheim are not alone - they belong to a large community that shares the joyful tearing open of bags and the joyful sorting of stickers all over the world. Let us be inspired by this lively collecting spirit, which brings another piece of city history to life with every new sticker.

So if you don't have any stickers yet or the album is incomplete, you should head to the Tourist Information in the next few days. And perhaps the collection will soon become a very personal piece of Hildesheim.
