Water and art: large exhibition spectacle in Güster!
An exciting cultural event is just around the corner: The artist community "Kunstwerk Mölln and the surrounding area" shows its works in the village community center in Güster for the first time. On the occasion of the 125th birthday of the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, everything revolves around the topic of "water". The participating artists are a colorful mix of talented creative: Ralf Hobus, Jörg Kälcke, Jürgen Knischewski, Werner Lange, Frigga Scheer, Susi Sommer, Sabine Stahlkopf, Monika Trapp, Caris Treske and Markus Vesper present their inspiration around the water. One of the highlights of the exhibition also includes a tribute to the late member Bruno Kluss, whose woodwork and blacksmiths are exhibited.
Cultural supporting program
In addition to the diverse works of art, a raffle with specially designed art objects is offered by the artists. Literature is also not neglected: On July 12th at 3 p.m., Jürgen Knischewski will keep a reading in the chapel on the village square. Entry to the exhibition is 10 euros and includes a signed book with short stories. A big thank you goes to the municipality of Güster for their active support and the provision of the premises.

But that's not all! Another art spectacle will take place at the Ziegelensee, organized in cooperation with the Möllner Ruder-Club e. V. and the Mölln artwork. The exhibition at the Ziegelsee is rounded off with a musical program, including with the band Millstreet Five. Meals are also taken care of: there are grilled, cold drinks as well as coffee and cake. Admission is free, but donations for the two clubs involved are welcome.
