Live podcast in the Ultra-Treff: enthusiasm from the ultras and more!

There was something very special in Eimsbüttel today: a live performance of the podcast “The Little Television Ballet” in the “Ultra-Treff” cinema. The two podcasters, Sarah Kuttner and Stefan Niggemeier, came together to share their passionate conversations about films, series and the little joys of life with their loyal listeners. The atmosphere in the cinema, characterized by old red armchairs and the tempting aroma of freshly made popcorn, created a homely atmosphere.

As eimsbuetteler-nachrichten.de reports, listeners came from all over Germany, including cities such as Hanover, Frankfurt and Bonn. There was a special reason to be happy for the loyal “Ultras” who supported the podcast with a paid membership and were thus able to take part in this special event. The idea for this live performance came from Dieter Niemerszein, a long-time fan of the two speakers.

Cozy film room

The operator of the “Ultra-Treff”, Behzad Safari, has been running the small, cozy film room for more than eleven years. In a personal conversation, he mentioned that the room was a bit messy, but that was exactly what made it so charming. “Our events bring attention to the film space and that’s what matters,” says Safari. The positive response and the family atmosphere were also highlighted by long-time listener Sylvie Röttgen. She emphasized the sense of community that the podcast provides.

After the performance, both Kuttner and Niggemeier expressed their wish to come back soon. The connection with their audience is palpable, and the simple language with which they address their topics is appreciated by the listeners.

What's new in the podcast?

The small television ballet publishes a new episode every Wednesday, as [kleines Fernsehenballett.de](https://kleines Fernsehenballett.de/) states. Ultras who take out a membership for a monthly fee of at least 6 euros receive access to exclusive content and a special podcast feed. In terms of content, the latest episode covers, among other things, the exciting reality show “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” and the documentary “Tierbrücke”. Another highlight are the discussions about current films such as “Pluribus” on AppleTV and “The Beast In Me” on Netflix.

The new episode even begins with a coffee accident and is dedicated, among other things, to cooking casting shows and football documentaries. Only health reasons meant that no episode could be released last week, but that didn't dampen listeners' enthusiasm. This means that members can not only follow the discussions, but also actively participate in the selection of topics and make their comments.

Overall, today not only brought entertaining conversations, but also a valuable reminder of how important such family and community events are. It will be exciting to see what the future holds for the small television ballet and its fans!
