Schlager summer 2025: Kaiser, Kelly and more stars in MV!
The summer of 2025 in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania will be all about pop music. With a series of top-class concerts and festivals, the region becomes a contact point for hit fans from near and far. As the SVZ reports, pop icon Roland Kaiser will be on stage at the IGA Park in Rostock on July 4th and 5th, 2024. Around 30,000 fans are expected, and there are still tickets available in all categories for the additional concert on July 5th - a must for all hit lovers!
But it's not just Roland Kaiser who is causing a stir. Maite Kelly will perform in Bergen auf Rügen on August 2nd and in Rehna on August 30th, where several thousand fans will celebrate her music. Another highlight is the Schlagernacht am Meer, which takes place on July 12th in Boltenhagen, as well as a Schlagernacht on August 23rd in Born auf dem Darß. Admission here, which costs less than 10 euros, will be a welcome opportunity for many to experience the big pop stars up close.
Schlager champions and new hits
Schlager fans also have an exciting event coming up in 2025: The Schlager Champions 2025 will take place on January 11th in the Berlin Velodrome. Thanks to a live broadcast on Erste and ORF2, many fans in northern Germany can also follow the musical highlights from the comfort of their own home. Not only are new songs from artists such as Roland Kaiser and Maite Kelly presented here, but numerous pop stars such as Andrea Berg and Howard Carpendale are also among the guests.
But that's not all! The anticipation for new music is palpable, with titles like “Aktion und Respect” by Roland Kaiser or “The Man on the Violin” by Maite Kelly, which are already causing excitement.
