Vorpommern-Greifswald Adult Education Center: Start AI courses and genealogy research!
The Vorpommern-Greifswald Adult Education Center is offering a wide range of courses in the current semester, which includes over 150 events. In addition to language courses, health education and digitalization, exciting social topics are also on the agenda. Particularly noteworthy is the course on Genealogical research, which aims to deepen genealogical knowledge in Pasewalk.
But that's not enough! Anyone interested in technology can take an introductory course for iPhones, which is aimed at unsure smartphone users. For creative minds, there is an advanced sewing course in Anklam called “Sewing your favorite pieces”. Anyone who is enthusiastic about science should definitely not miss the lecture in Greifswald about space travel, with the promising title “With plasma to the stars”.
Courses in Artificial Intelligence
A particularly big focus in the fall semester is on Artificial intelligence. Under the motto “Experience AI in concrete terms – use ChatGPT and Co. practically in everyday business life”, participants learn how to use these technologies in face-to-face and online courses. This follows the trend that other educational institutions, such as the Cologne Adult Education Center, also serve by offering targeted courses on the use of artificial intelligence.
The language courses should not be forgotten. German, English, French, Japanese, Lithuanian, Swedish, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish are available at different levels. Courses in Latin and French are currently particularly in demand, mainly in Pasewalk, while in Anklam there is increased interest in exercise and relaxation courses.
Access to education for all
A central goal of the adult education center is to provide access to education for everyone in the district. She invites anyone interested to browse her wide range of courses and be inspired. A dedicated team is always ready to support participants on their educational journey. The search for new teachers is also particularly important, especially for Polish, French, English, sewing, photography and digital skills.
