Festival program

On Friday, July 4th, the Insomnia Brass Band opened, which was awarded the German Jazz Prize in 2023. Gahler has created an album for his project, which brings well -known novel figures to life and implements literary motifs musically - and the best thing about it: You don't necessarily have to know Murakami's works to enjoy music. He is accompanied by Denis Gäbel (saxophone), Matthias Akeo Nowak (bass) and Ralf Gessler (drums).

The Eldena monastery ruins can be reached well by bike and car. It is only 15 minutes from the city center. Anyone traveling by car will find parking facilities in the places "Klosterruin", "Eldena", "Wieck" and at the lido. Access to the festival site is barrier -free and wheelchair accessible.
