In the Northern Germany region there will soon be a great opportunity for all fruit lovers and those interested in pome fruit culture. On November 8th and 9th there will bePomeranian State Museum Greifswaldthe excitingRegional Forum for Fruit Cultureinstead, which has the motto “Pome fruit”. Here it's all about apples, pears, quinces and medlars. The Northern Courier reported that the event with thePomeranian Pomology Daysis firmly anchored in the event calendar and will offer both tastings and interesting technical discussions.

Anyone curious can bring their own apples. Visitors are invited to bring 5-6 ripe fruits in air-packed packaging to be determined. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the 300 different types of fruit on display during the Fruit Show.

On Saturday the event will feature hands-on activities and numerous tastings, while on Sunday the main focus will be on specialist lectures and a lively exchange on pomology.
