The open-air season in Greifswald is in full swing and promises an exciting summer program. While some events, like the Venga Venga party, have recently been canceled, there are bright spots on the horizon. Above all, the premiere of the event ship MS “Koi”, which will dock in Wieck “Am Hafen 19” on Friday, August 22nd. Boarding begins at 6pm and the ship departs at 7pm, returning at midnight, ready for an unforgettable night.
A highlight will be the “Weird Boat” party, which will delight musically with electronic sounds. Headliners are Myiagi and the collective Ost, while regional artists such as Faustina Fauna, Anja Tomschitz and Mark Synth enrich the line-up. Those interested can purchase tickets on the Weird-Events website and the MS “Koi” website. The price for an entrance ticket is 34.90 euros. For groups, there are special VIP tickets for six people at 499 euros, which offer a private lounge area and priority entry.
Rules and regulations on board
It is important to note that entry is permitted from the age of 18. The organizer reserves the right to exclude people who exhibit high levels of alcohol. The consumption of cannabis and the bringing of certain liquids, including perfumes and pressure containers, are also not permitted on the ship. A safe and sociable evening is guaranteed!
The ship itself is an impressive sight: 53 meters long and built in 1980, the MS “Koi” offers space for up to 550 guests on three decks. It is known as the floating event location that can also be chartered for corporate events and private parties.
