The Hütte Cup 2025, a highlight in the football calendar for D-Juniors, recently took place in the picturesque backdrop of Nosseniner Hütte. Organized by SFV Nossentiner Hütte, eleven teams competed against each other. However, there was a small damper when FC St. Pauli had to cancel at short notice, which led to the adaptation of the game plan. Nevertheless, the event showed high entertainment value and a lot of sports.

The teams were divided into two groups: Group A with five and group B with six teams. In the first round, the host, SFV Nossentiner Hütte, started heavily and defeated FSV Malchin II 1-0. Group A was dominated by the strong achievements of FC Neubrandenburg and Anker Wismar, with FC Neubrandenburg secured the group victory in the last preliminary round against Anker Wismar.

The games in group B were less exciting after the FSV Malchin lost to both SC Staaken and the Greifswald FC. Nevertheless, it was really exciting in the semi -finals! Anker Wismar met SC Staaken and lost 0-1. In the other encounter, FC Neubrandenburg prevailed again and defeated the Greifswald FC 1-0

The small final for 3rd place won anchor Wismar with a 1-0 win over the Greifswald FC. Finally, the grand finale was up, where FC Neubrandenburg and SC Staaken faced each other. This duel ended with a clear 2-0 victory for the Neubrandenburgers who won the 2025 hut Cup. Tim Klewer from FC Neubrandenburg was awarded the best player of the tournament for his outstanding performance.

The event was also an emotional moment for Björn Schwartz, which was adopted after 11 years as a moderator and co -organizer of SFV Nosseniner Hütte. His tireless efforts for football in the region leaves great footsteps.
