Lübzer Tower Fun: Premiere of your own festival anthem causes a sensation!
From August 15th to 17th, Lübz will once again be the scene of a very special festival, the Tower Fun. Sebastian Krohn, an important voice behind the festival, has announced a great surprise: for the first time, the Turmfreuden will have its own anthem. The text was written by his wife Anja Krohn and generated on the computer with the support of AI. This premiere will be celebrated at the opening of the festival on Friday at 6 p.m., followed by the traditional tapping of draft beer at 8 p.m. Nordkurier reports that The event is organized by the Lübz trade association after the Lübzer brewery stepped down as the original organizer, but continues to act as a sponsor.
A highlight will be DJ Tim Hochfeld, who will entertain spectators with music from Friday evening. On the first evening, the traditional performances of the Lübzer Carnival Club will also take place, while from 11 p.m. the band “House Rockerz” will take the stage and create a great atmosphere. On Saturday, the festival opens at 1 p.m. with a firecracker salute from the shooting club, before the carnival club, Torsten Dehnert as Roland Kaiser's double and the Plau am See Castle Festival perform.
A colorful program for everyone
In the evening on Saturday, visitors can look forward to the “Billy Rock Band” and the main act “Hot Banditoz”, who will ensure an exuberant party atmosphere until 10:30 p.m. The event will culminate with a spectacular fireworks display. On Sunday, the Elde wind orchestra and the Titanic orchestra will play from 11 a.m., providing the perfect musical ending.
Another innovation this year: For the first time, the trade association will sell T-shirts and mugs with the Tower Fun logo. This is intended to help generate income for future festivals.
