In the Hanseatic city of Rostock, things will soon be splendid on the ice again. The 21st edition of the spectacular ice show “CINEMA OF DREAMS” by HOLIDAY ON ICE will take place in the StadtHalle from December 4th to 7th, 2025. Over 11,400 tickets have already been sold, which only increases the anticipation for this event. Managing director of inRostock GmbH, Oliver Fudickar, is enthusiastic about the interest of the viewers.
The ice show tells the gripping story of three friends who bring an abandoned cinema back to life. The show delves deeply into the themes of friendship, courage and dreams. The artistic production mixes different film genres, from retro to musical to science fiction. This unique concept ensures exciting entertainment on the ice, with 37 top international athletes presenting technical precision and acrobatic performances. HOLIDAY ON ICE CEO Peter O’Keeffe and the creative direction of Kim Gavin, who has worked with stars such as Adele and Robbie Williams, guarantee an unforgettable experience.

The premiere of “CINEMA OF DREAMS” will take place on December 4th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., followed by several further performances:

- 06.12.2025: 14:00 Uhr, 18:00 Uhr
- 07.12.2025: 13:00 Uhr, 16:30 Uhr
The ticket prices are very attractive, even for families: show tickets are available from EUR 36.00, while a special show package in the VIP area promises additional enjoyment for EUR 59.00. The show package is available for children up to 12 years for EUR 30.00.

“CINEMA OF DREAMS” is not only a highlight in Rostock; The show will be performed in 21 cities as part of a major tour of Germany. After the stop in Rostock, the ice show will be shown in Dresden from December 10th to 14th, 2025 and in Leipzig from December 18th to 21st, 2025. The capital is not left out either: the show will be at the Tempodrom in Berlin from February 20th to March 8th, 2026.
