In Spetzerfehn, a small town in the Aurich district, there was a dramatic fire in the roof of a residential building on Wednesday, August 29, 2025. The fire department was alerted at around 11:37 a.m., initially because of a room fire. The situation quickly escalated and the alert level was raised to “Fire 3 – Residential Building”.
