TuS Bröckel takes the lead in the table with an exciting victory!

The current matchday of the Celle district league brought with it a few surprises. At the top of the list is the takeover of the league lead by TuS Bröckel, who regained the top spot with a narrow 2-1 win against VfL Westercelle II. How CZ.de reported, Finn-Matthis Surburg scored the first goal with a penalty kick in the 37th minute. Immediately after half-time, Piet Schmidt increased the score to 0:2, before Louis Wilke reduced the score to 1:2 in the 59th minute.

In contrast, SG Eldingen experienced a bitter setback. After an initial lead by Christopher Lemp in the 24th minute, the team suffered a 1:6 defeat against TuS Celle FC. He was particularly strong in the second half and didn't let a yellow-red card for Wilke Buschmann in the 62nd minute throw him off track. Gibril Badjie and Ilyes Manai made a decisive contribution to the half-time lead of 2-1 and ultimately to the clear final score. Eldingen's coach Christian Cohrs praised the opponent's performance and their ability to turn the game around.
