Workshop at MGH Celle on November 17, 2025: Learn to set friendly boundaries. Registration required.

Workshop in Celle: No!” – This is how you learn to set friendly boundaries!
An exciting workshop entitled "Nope. Why saying no is so difficult" will take place in the MehrGenerationenHaus (MGH) Celle on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Under the leadership of Christiane Poestges, an experienced coach and expert in change processes, participants have the opportunity to discover new ways of communicating and learn how to set boundaries in a friendly but firm manner. The workshop aims to recognize typical triggers for thoughtless “yes” and to find helpful alternatives. The evening promises to strengthen self-awareness through impulses, reflection and creative exercises.
The offer is aimed at anyone interested, no previous experience is necessary. Anyone who is curious and would like to reflect on themselves is warmly invited to take part. Participation in the workshop is free, but a donation to the MGH is requested. Registrations are under info@mgh-celle.de or by phone on 05141 279155. The MGH, located at Fritzenwiese 47 in Celle, provides an inviting space for this exchange.
Content and methodology
In addition to the fundamental questions of “saying no,” methods from dance therapy, mindfulness and coaching are also integrated. In this way, participants can focus on their whole body and gain valuable insights through trying things out together and exchanging experiences. A maximum of 14 people can take part in the event, creating an intimate setting in which a non-judgmental practice field is offered. Topics such as the definition and perception of personal boundaries, non-verbal and verbal communication and dealing with exceeded boundaries are comprehensively covered.
An exciting addition awaits everyone who would like to experience the workshop: The methods not only promote personal development, but also provide tools to better recognize and communicate individual limits. It is expressly pointed out that the workshop is not a therapeutic offer and should not be seen as a replacement for therapeutic treatment, but rather as support on the way to more self-confidence and clear boundaries.
Especially in times when many people are confronted with the challenges of interpersonal communication, the workshop can make a valuable contribution to personal development. Christiane Poestges brings a breath of fresh air to the topic with her knowledge and shows how a “no” can often ultimately represent a “yes” to one’s own values.
So if you feel like it's time to define your own boundaries and learn to communicate them, you should keep November 17, 2025 free and register in good time. This opportunity could be the first step towards a new, confident way of communicating!
