Today, November 30, 2025, a speed camera will be used in the small community of Ehra-Lessien in the Gifhorn district to control the speed of passing vehicles. As news.de reports, the mobile speed camera is on the B248, assigned by post 38468 Ehra. The speed limit introduced here is 70 km/h and was last checked on November 30, 2025 at 3:13 p.m. A request to adapt driving behavior accordingly is intended to protect all road users.
The use of speed camera warning devices, such as radar detectors and special speed camera apps, is regulated in Germany in accordance with Section 23 of the StVO. Speed in the test area
