The celebratory start will take place on Friday, July 4th, at 8 p.m. with a tapping of a barrel by Mayor Urte Schwerdtner. Festival enthusiasts will get their money’s worth on the Easter field. From exciting rides like the Break Dancer No. 2 and the “Mon Amour” Ferris wheel to child-friendly attractions such as the “Maya the Bee” and “Aladdin” carousels – there is something here for all ages. The culinary delights are not neglected either; In the beer village there is a marquee and beer garden to spoil guests with food and live music.
Diverse highlights and promotions
One of the special highlights is the large riflemen's and citizens' parade, which moves through the old town on Saturday, July 5th. Family Day awaits guests on Tuesday, July 8th, with reduced prices for numerous rides. Another festive event will be the traditional royal shooting and the coronation of their majesties, followed by a celebratory service.

There are around 400 parking spaces available to visitors when traveling, including barrier-free options. A park & ride service from the Baßgeige commercial area takes guests to the festivities every 20 minutes from Friday to Sunday. It is important to note that dogs are not allowed on the premises, which is important information for many families.
