An era is coming to an end at Curanum Hameln. The nursing service manager Daniel Altendorf recently spoke with the Dewezet talked about the current situation in the facility, which will be closing due to changes in the care sector. Interestingly, many friendships among the residents have lasted beyond the move, and some groups continue to meet for their “coffee rounds” in the senior residence at Stift in Fischbeck.

The relocation of residents also meant that nursing staff had to be reoriented. Altendorf reported that many of the employees have already found new jobs, with an entire team moving to another care facility together.
