On Thursday morning, a serious traffic accident involving a mobile home occurred on district road 211 between Fintel and Scheeßel. According to reports from NDR The 64-year-old driver left the road for unknown reasons and lost control of his vehicle.
The motorhome slid across the road and hit a tree, causing a dramatic rollover. Ultimately the vehicle ended up on its roof. Both the driver and the 61-year-old passenger were injured in this accident. While the driver escaped with minor injuries, the passenger suffered serious injuries and had to be flown to hospital in a rescue helicopter.
