Wilhelmshaven, Deutschland - in Wilhelmshaven it will soon be colorful! From 1st to 3 August 2025, the city center will be transformed into a spectacular open-air gallery for the 13th time when the popular street art festival opens its doors. Artists from a total of eleven nations travel to present their creative works and to fight for victory in the great street painting competition. The city thus becomes a canvas on which fascinating works of art with chalk are created.

The festival, organized by Wilhelmshaven Touristik und Freizeit GmbH (WTF) in cooperation with numerous partners, has a special focus: As part of the competition, visitors can evaluate: inside the works of art in the categories "Freie Kunst", "Copy" and "3D". The voices of the audience and the artist decide who in the end is ahead. The winner receives a very special opportunity-the invitation to participate in the renowned "Bella via" festival in Monterey, Mexico.

The big 3D image that is created under the hands of the artist Melina Berg on Valoisplatz will be particularly outstanding. In addition, visitors can look forward to exciting hands-on activities: Bodypainting artists: Inside, their skills will be presented in front of the viewers: inside. An extensive supporting program ensures that nobody is bored- for example with a special 3D self-fiest station and a children's and youth program that promotes creative talents and invites you to participate.

On August 3, 2025, the city center of Wilhelmshaven will invite you to the open Sunday, so that visitors can explore not only art, but also the numerous shops and offers on site. A visit during the festival promises a lot of variety and a colorful hustle and bustle in the city!
