The striker Fiete Arp has finally found a new club. He signed a contract until 2028 with the Danish club Odense Boldklub, where a transfer fee of 250,000 euros was agreed. Arp explained that he was attracted to Odense from the start and is motivated to develop the club further. His coach, Alexander Zorniger, worked hard for this commitment. Sports1 highlights that Arp did not make the breakthrough after returning from Bayern Munich to Holstein Kiel. Last season he played 23 Bundesliga games, in which he only managed two goals.

Thomas Dähne, who has played as a goalkeeper for Kiel for the last five years, has also signed a new contract and is moving to TSV 1860 Munich on a free transfer. Rapp praised Dähne as an exemplary sportsman and team player, which makes his departure significant for the Kiel team. The keeper himself is looking forward to his next challenge in Munich.
The third player, Tymoteusz Puchacz, also has several options after his loan spell at Plymouth Argyle. He has been linked with Championship clubs as well as Jagiellonia Bialystok and FC Schalke 04. His expired contract with Holstein Kiel would have lasted until 2028, but according to current information, he is no longer able to fill a vacant role in the Kiel team.
