The festive atmosphere in Scharbeutz is hard to miss. From December 25, 2025 to January 4, 2026, the pier forecourt in Lübeck Bay will shine as part of the “Fire & Flame” event. Every day from 11:00 a.m. until late in the evening, visitors can look forward to a magical winter world. Not only is the cold season celebrated here with stylish decorations and flaming illuminations, but also with delicious, fiery dishes and warm drinks that invite you to linger. The atmospheric atmosphere is underlined by open fireplaces and beautifully decorated fir trees, which give the event that certain something. Lübeck in love reports that the temperatures are not only falling outdoors, but the anticipation for the big New Year's Eve party on December 31, 2025 from 9:00 p.m. in the heated marquee is also increasing.
The New Year's Eve event promises to be a big highlight of the event with a double DJ line-up and various live acts on several evenings. Music is performed by talented artists such as Hayston & Freitag, Sun + Rain, and many more. These offer musical delicacies from cover versions of the 50s to modern hits, so there is something for every musical taste. On Monday, December 29th, Thomas Melzer will present his talents from 6:00 p.m., followed by Van Steef on Tuesday, December 30th. The entire evening program is a delight for the ears and palate, and the festival tent remains a popular focal point for all festivities. Lübeck Bay Baltic Sea adds that the musical performances will not only entertain, but also create an unforgettable celebration atmosphere.
