Super art festival 2026: Sportfreunde Stiller and Juli are coming to Lübeck!
On the first weekend in December, anticipation for the 2026 Super Art Festival in Lübeck was fueled again. Germany's largest inclusive festival not only focuses on great music, but also on treating each other with respect and solidarity. With over 80 concerts from June 12th to 14th, 2026, the festival on the Diakonie Nord Nord Ost grounds will present a variety of artists, including the unforgettable Sportfreunde Stiller (*anniversary tour “30 wonderful years”*) and Juli with their hits such as “Geile Zeit” and “The Perfect Wave”. Other artists include the acoustic songwriters Monsters of Liedermaching and the 16-piece brass band Moop Mama, who will create a great atmosphere. This reports ln-online.de.
In 2025, 43,000 people celebrated on the festival grounds, and a colorful mix of spectators is expected in 2026 too. The start of pre-sales for the first 5,000 early bird tickets is scheduled for December 7th at midnight. These are offered for 75 euros for three days. For the Christmas season there are special “Christmas tickets” priced at 99 euros, while additional tickets will be available in the first quarter of 2026 starting at 120 euros.
Culture, dialogue and solidarity
The super art festival sees itself not only as a platform for music, but also emphasizes the important role of respect and human dignity in society. A place for dialogue and solidarity is created, where the focus is on cooperation between people with and without disabilities. Despite the challenges of rising costs and reduced funding, the festival remains accessible to all. This underlines superkunstfestival.de, which send a clear signal against racism, fascism and discrimination.
As part of a new ticket policy, a staggered pricing model will be introduced: the more regular tickets are sold, the more people without money can be invited. Families also benefit from a special family bundle, with which two adults and up to six children or young people can receive a 20% discount. Children up to six years old enter free, while children aged 6 to 11 need a low-cost ticket for 20 euros for three days.
Diversity on stage
New to the festival planning is the introduction of a Flinta Stage, which is specifically intended for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary and agender people. This stage aims to create a supportive environment for artists who are often underrepresented in the industry. Free access for socially disadvantaged people also remains a central concern of the festival. Each ticket also includes free use of local public transport and cancellation insurance, which allows for a 100% refund up to eight days before the festival.
The festival area includes not only music, but also art, theater, film and circus. The cultural aspects in particular ensure that it becomes an integrative experience for everyone. In addition, the headliner for the biggest concert on Saturday evening will be announced in February, which should further fuel anticipation for the festival.
The Super Arts Festival is a true celebration of participation and community, where culture is not seen as a luxury good, but as an important good for everyone.
