Things will get sporty in Bremen on Sunday, October 5th: The 20th Bremen Marathon is just around the corner! The starting shot will be fired on the market square at 9:30 a.m. sharp. The route length of 42.2 kilometers takes the runners through the most beautiful corners of the city, from the historic town hall to the idyllic Werdersee to the Botanical Garden and through the Bürgerpark, before continuing along the Weser to the Weser Stadium buten and within reported.
For participants and spectators, this not only means an exciting event, but also many restrictions on traffic. The roads surrounding the marathon route will be closed until the afternoon, which will certainly pose challenges for motorists. - Stresemannstraße
- Steubenstraße / Julius-Brecht-Allee
- Am Stern (ausgenommen zwischen 11:15 – 12:15 Uhr)
