In the pulsating heart of Bremen, the water becomes a new training paradise! The German Red Cross (DRK) Bremen has with its brand new Aquacycling courses launched an innovative concept that specifically appeals to people of all ages. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or already have experience in water sports, everyone can take part here.
The courses take place in the Studiobad at Universitäts-Boulevard 18, and the program couldn't be more varied: two courses are scheduled on Mondays at 3:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., followed by an evening course at 7:40 p.m. If you have time on Friday, you can immerse yourself in the world of aqua cycling at 12:00 p.m. By the way, you can register at any time!
Water aerobics for every age group
Why don't you take the plunge? Aquacycling is not only easy on the joints, but also an effective strength and endurance training. The water buoyancy puts minimal strain on joints, tendons and muscles, so that sore muscles or overload are virtually impossible.
