Also new in your show are self -written songs that treat topics such as the meaning of life and dealing with death humorously and with clever life. These songs focus on the experiences of life and were also published on CD. Stadtpark Open Air already announces the next concert of the choir.

This social component is of great importance for Merkens and the other members. "We feel used and experience a kind of cohesion here that strengthens our self -esteem," says Merkens.

The choir rehearsals before the premiere were intense and exciting. Time to practice was short, and new choreographies and lyrics had to be hastily learned. But for disc, the focus is less on perfect vocals, but rather on the expression and fun of singing.
