Stübi starts exchange campaign for children: Join in and help now!
The first of December 2025 was a memorable day in Hamburg: the “Stübi exchanges itself up” campaign was launched. On Radio Hamburg and in the popular Stübi show at 3 p.m., Stübi started his challenge to get hold of a valuable item through creative barter, starting with his old HSV slippers. This promotion runs until December 16, 2025, when the grand finale will take place from 2 p.m., where the last item exchanged will be auctioned off to generate proceeds for a good cause. All profits go to the Listeners Help Children Christmas Collection 2025 fundraiser to help children and young people in need. Anyone who would like to be part of this initiative can register and take part by phone or WhatsApp on 040 333 10000.
But how does it all work? Stübi relies heavily on bartering in order to get an even more valuable item with every new item that is won. This creative idea will not only be popular with listeners, but will also attract many supporters who can further increase the collected revenue with their contributions. “Stübi trades itself up” is more than a game - it's an opportunity to do something good in the run-up to Christmas.
A look behind the scenes
The children's aid organization Hörer Help Children is behind the campaign, which is known for its support of children in need. As hoerer-helfer-kindern.de reports, there are numerous ways to make a difference in the lives of these children with small and large donation projects. This action is particularly relevant because, according to the latest findings from the... Test.de In 2023, over 1 billion euros were donated to child and youth welfare in Germany. A large part can be attributed to private commitments, with 75% of German donations going to humanitarian aid.
The challenges that many children and their families face are great. Stübi and the listeners help children are committed to a better future, and with every donation they can have a positive influence. Not only are the children at the center of our efforts, but also their families and communities.
Donate responsibly
Donating is not just a nice gesture – it also comes with a certain level of responsibility. Loud Test.de Donors should pay attention to how their funds are used. Organizations with a DZI donation seal are trustworthy, although the administrative and advertising cost ratio should not exceed 30% to ensure that at least 70 cents of every euro goes to the donation purpose.
The idea and use of Stübi not only promote cohesion in the community, but also awareness of the challenges that children face in everyday life. Anyone who wants to take part in “Stübi exchanges itself up” has the opportunity not only to exchange their belongings, but also to have a positive influence on the lives of others. Let's work together to ensure that this campaign is a complete success!
