The traffic situation in Greifswald and the surrounding area remains tense. The data comes from TomTom and is based on GPS coordinates from millions of devices in order to be able to map the traffic situation as precisely as possible.
The special thing is that the information is updated every five minutes, so that drivers are always up to date. Google Maps, Apple Maps and Garmin are also important providers of traffic information in the area, which further refine the traffic picture.

- A20 Rostock → Stettin: Stau zwischen Grimmen-Ost und Stralsund, Meldung vom 04.07.2025 um 19:59 Uhr.
- B109 Greifswald → Löwenberger Land: Verkehrsbehinderung zwischen Karlsburg und dem Abzweig nach Klein Bünzow wurde am 02.07.2025 um 14:10 Uhr beseitigt.
Fortunately, some reports have cleared up. On July 2nd, 2025 at 3:38 p.m., an earlier warning on the A20 was lifted and there is no longer any danger between Gützkow and Greifswald. There was similar positive news for the road conditions between Gützkow and Jarmen.
