A happy stroke of luck on the A20: An elderly couple escaped shock around 1:30 p.m. today after their motorhome suddenly suffered a punctured tire. The incident occurred shortly after the Neubrandenburg-Nord junction. According to the SVZ The driver lost control of the vehicle, which caused the motorhome to hit the guardrail and slide across the road.
Fortunately, despite the dramatic incident, there were no injuries. The couple and their loyal dog remained unharmed, the only consequence was significant damage to the motorhome, which ultimately had to be towed away. The volunteer fire departments from Brunn and Roggenhagen were called to the scene of the accident and took care of securing the area.
