A disturbing incident occurred today in Celle, a small town in Lower Saxony. A 26-year-old man was temporarily arrested in front of a bakery after attacking another male victim with a knife. Fortunately, the victim, a man in his 50s, was uninjured and was able to survive the incident without serious injuries.
