Shaping the future: Students are looking for concrete career paths in Hildesheim!

A survey by the city of Hildesheim showed that over 60% of the 2,200 students surveyed did not know what career they wanted to pursue and almost 70% had no contact with companies. Matthias Ullrich from HI-REG spoke about the urgency of recruiting motivated young talent and creating perspectives for young people.

Aron-David Zgoll from the Chamber of Crafts added that many young people often know little about apprenticeships in the skilled trades.
