An entertaining highlight awaits visitors at the Comedy Lübeck: the French comedy “Jackpot for the Family” by Armelle and Emmanuel Patron will be performed from August 29th to October 5th, 2025. This amusing and at the same time clever production, which deals with the pitfalls of sudden wealth, brings a breath of fresh air to the stage.
The story deals with the siblings Pierre, Jules and Louise, who are summoned by their parents after they win the lottery. But the joy of the unexpected windfall is quickly dampened because the parents have unconventional plans that could jeopardize family harmony. The director is Michael Knoll, who will delight the audience with a talented ensemble, including Kerstin Poetting, Michael Knoll, Len Bartens, Anicia Stehmeier and Lennart Mesenbring. With a performance lasting around two hours, including an intermission, there is plenty of entertainment.
