Musical world tour: JuBlaNo enchants Norderstedt with concert magic!

Visitors to the annual concert of the Norderstedt Young Wind Orchestra, which took place under the direction of Kathrin Wacker, experienced musical fireworks. In front of a well-filled audience, the ensemble played the sounds of the world and took the listeners on a musical journey around the globe. The opening piece “Around the World in 80 Days”, which is based on the exciting story of Phileas Fogg and his servant Passepartout, was particularly exciting. The music was by Otto M. Schwarz and made for a brilliant start.

Concertgoers could look forward to a selection of special pieces, including an impressive performance of the film music from the musical “Les Misérables”, arranged by Marcel Peeters. These compositions gave goosebumps with their emotional melodies and made the audience's hearts beat faster. Another highlight was the piece “Aurora Borealis”, composed by Rossano Galante, which took you into the magical world of the northern lights with spherical sounds.

Guest appearance by Marla Weedermann

A very special treat of the evening was the performance by singer Marla Weedermann. She interpreted “Gabriella's Song” from the film “As in Heaven” and touched the hearts of those present. Her impressive singing was rewarded with sustained applause and contributed to the festive atmosphere of the concert evening.
